Order to delivery process
| Step 1 | Choose your vehicle | Driven Leasing can provide any variation on any vehicle between 12 & 60 months on a Personal or Business basis for any type of contract you require and quote for any additional accessories or options you may also need. |

| Step 2 | Establish a credit line Read the Data protection statement from Driven Leasing as shown on the proposal form |
A Personal or Business Credit line will need to
be established before any order can be placed, so we will send you
a proposal form to complete & sign once you have decided on
your vehicle. In carrying out credit checks a record of the search
will kept by the credit reference agencies & the finance
house. |
| Step 3 | Your Business or Personal Credit Line is Approved | We will send you our order form to complete and sign showing the vehicle and payment details. This order is binding and any cancellation fees may be incurred subject to reason of cancellation. |
| Step 4 | You place an order with Driven Leasing | Faxed or posted orders are acceptable with an authorised signature to confirm your acceptance of the rental quoted. Any funder acceptance/admin fees will also be shown on the order form. |
| Step 5 | We place your order with our Dealer | Driven Leasing will place an order with a dealer on your behalf. Our dealer network offers a very high level of service and we would prefer to use our own approved network. |
| Step 6 | Sign your documents | A Direct debit form and a contractual agreement will need to be signed confirming the terms of the arrangement. At this stage we will also require your deposit cheque. We may also require any other proofs of I.D or address if required by our Funders. |
| Step 7 | Delivery | Delivery can be made nationwide by our dealership network however there may be a charge if not on the UK mainland i.e. Shetland Isles for example. There will be a professional handover by the delivery driver at the point of delivery to enable you to familiarise yourself with your new vehicle. |
